Marriage and Couples Therapy
Our marriage and couples counselling service supports couples to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, manage conflict, and reconnect emotionally.
Note: Medicare is not available for this service
Our expertise
We only have our experienced therapists or psychologists with 5+ years in relationship and couples counselling as a specialty, to offer this service and we recommend 90 minute session appointments.
We provide a respectful, confidential, and culturally responsive space for couples navigating relationship stress, recurring arguments, emotional distance, parenting pressures, intimacy concerns, life transitions, separation uncertainty, or the impact of past hurt.
Who it's for
This service is suitable for couples wanting to repair, strengthen, or better understand their relationship. It is also suitable for couples seeking guidance before marriage, during major transitions, or when deciding the future direction of their relationship.

Sessions focus on helping each person feel heard while also identifying patterns that may be keeping the couple stuck.
Counselling may include:

- Emotional regulation
- Rebuilding safety

- Developing practical strategies for healthier connection.
Where relevant, sessions can also explore family, cultural, faith-based, and community pressures that may influence the relationship.
