A practical starting point for those seeking guidance and emotional support whilst also being experienced in trauma-informed approaches.

Spiritual Counselling

Spiritual counselling provides a supportive space to explore your relationship with Allah, your sense of purpose, and inner struggles through an Islamic lens.
It focuses on spiritual wellbeing, personal reflection, and strengthening faith, while remaining distinct from clinical therapy interventions.
Appropriate referrals will be made when therapy is needed

Subscription Packages
Includes:
- 1 live session per week (video, phone)
- Access to group sessions
- Access to dashboard with worksheets and tips
It is not covered by Medicare or most Australian private health insuranceYou pay the subscription regardless of how many sessions you use.

If you need to reschedule, please do so as early as possible. The cancellation and rescheduling conditions are provided during booking and in your confirmation email.

Do I need a referral?
No. You can self-refer and book directly.
Is this confidential?
Yes. We begin by explaining confidentiality in a clear and supportive way, including the rare situations where we may need to act if there is a serious risk to you or someone else.
Can I request a male or female clinician?
Yes. We understand that comfort matters, and where possible we will match you with your preferred clinician. Please share your preference when booking.
Do you provide Islamic counselling?
We provide evidence-based counselling that can be faith-sensitive. If you would like Islamic perspectives integrated into your sessions, we can include them in a respectful and thoughtful way. If you prefer not to, we will keep the focus purely clinical.
Is this only for Muslims?

Is telehealth effective?
For many people and a wide range of concerns, telehealth can be both effective and convenient. We’ll work with you to decide what best suits your needs.
