Counselling & Therapy
Telehealth Sessions
How It Works
Individual sessions for adults and young people focus on understanding what’s driving distress, stabilising the nervous system and daily functioning, exploring patterns in thoughts, emotions, behaviours and relationships, building skills and resilience, and offering respectful support for faith-related concerns if desired.
Session Types
Initial Session
We begin by getting to know you — your experiences, your goals, and what’s brought you here. Together, we create a safe and supportive space to understand your needs and explore how we can best support you.
Follow-Up Sessions
We continue building on the work we’ve started, deepening insights and developing practical strategies that support your growth, wellbeing, and long-term progress.
Focused Sessions (Single issue or skill-based)
We work collaboratively on a specific concern or skill — whether it’s managing stress, strengthening communication, improving emotional regulation, or navigating a particular challenge.
Care Plan Support
We provide structured and ongoing therapeutic support aligned with your care plan, ensuring you feel supported, heard, and guided at every step of your journey.
Your Privacy Matters
We understand privacy is important, so sessions are confidential, boundaries are explained upfront, and records are stored securely under Australian standards, with self-referral always available.
How We Work With You
We offer evidence-based, trauma-informed care with practical strategies for everyday wellbeing. Faith-sensitive support can be included if you wish, and you remain in control of what feels right for you.
